Goodbye 2013

 Hello 2014!

Throwing it back...even if it isn't throwback Thursday today...

As I was going through our posts, I realized that I left out 

some of our Summer adventures.

It is sunny on this winter day. I love SUN.

So I'm throwing it back to this amazing summer and all the fun we had!

 In May I went to babysit my two little cousins for almost 2 weeks.

It sounds lame, but Grant and I were dying...

it was the first time we had been apart (long time at that) for the past 3 months.

We skyped to make do and then he came to visit one day!

I loved being with family, but man was I one happy girl 

when he picked me up from the airport!

 When I got home, we got the cutest gift from our good friend Tamara. 

We had to enjoy it on a little picnic!

 Good ole' Moses Lake...it was a beautiful Summer!

 My best friend Hannah left for her mission in June, West Indies is loving her!

 This was my first time getting a henna tattoo!

 Roasting marshmallows and making indoor s'mores, shooting guns, 

and just hanging out were some of the great memories we made.

 It finally came time to get our Marriage Certificate!

We went to the Perrin's pool a few times, it was a blast! 

 4th of July with Grant's family and then finally my family arrived!

So in the meantime we got married! yay!

We got such a nice cabin and realllllly loved the time

 By far the Summer of 2013 was the best yet in my opinion!

 Grant seems to be upset that he received stuffing for Christmas...
I think he actually got something much cooler in that box!

 As for the rest of Christmas day....
We made our 1st steak in our 1st cast iron pan! It was DELICIOUS!
We have been working on a 1,000 piece puzzle...not getting very far..haha
Maybe we will finish it before the breaks over!

Now back to work we go!
